Shanghai has a diverse collection of buildings and structures. This is a unique composition from an unusual point of view which showcases the city's mix of sleek eclectic designs. The Broadway Mansions in the foreground is a brick patterned Art Deco hotel completed in 1934 and was for several decades one of the primary symbols of the Bund. Its glass window reflects the futuristic Oriental Pearl Tower and other supertall skyscrapers at the opposite side of the Huangpu River. Old and new worlds coexist in this bustling city.

I am a landscape photographer from Canada and I work primarily in black & white. Sometimes I would crossover to street photography.
