It was raining heavily when I visited Lake Bled, but the storm could not hide her beauty! It set the scene for a dramatic look, and I had no excuse to keep the camera in my bag. Drenched but worth it. I intentionally made this photo in monochrome to give it a timeless appeal and to differentiate it from postcard shots which you can find all over the internet.
